1 - 9 inch unbaked pie crust
5 apples, peeled, cored, sliced
(Gravenstein or Green Delicious)
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream
ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1- Place sliced apples in the unbaked pie shell. Mix together sugar, flour, and salt. Sprinkle mixture over apples.
2- In a sauce pan, bring cream to boiling point, pour cream over apples. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
3- Bake in a preheated oven 375 F for 45 minutes or until apples are soft. Pie should be firm. Serve warm or cold. NOTE: You may want to use a deep dish pie plate if your apples are large.
