1 C. Soy Sauce
1 C. Lime Juice
1 C. Apricot preserves
2/3 C. Sugar
3 lb. Chicken Wings, whole

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Combine soy sauce, lime juice, apricot preserves and sugar until well mixed; set aside.
Wash chicken wings and pat dry with paper towel. Take chicken wings and tuck tip under main portion of wing. Place chicken wings in a broiler pan (a 15"x10" pan or any pan large enough to place all wings in one layer, but not any larger).
Pour soy sauce mixture over chicken wings.
Bake for 40 minutes. Turn wings over using tongs (do NOT dump out any of the liquid in the pan-it is Okay!). Return pan to oven and bake for an additional 40 minutes. Remove from oven.

The wings will be perfectly glazed and falling off the bones. Don't forget the napkins!
