10 chicken wings-without tips
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoons of brown sugar
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/3 cup water
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
NOTE: Recipe may be doubled or increased to fit the number of persons to be served.

Directions:
1- Place wing pieces in an ungreased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except ginger. Pour mixture over the chicken wings and sprinkle ginger on top.
2- Bake in preheated oven 350 F for one hour.
