1- 4 oz. Jar Diced Pimento
1- 14 oz. Artichokes Hearts, Drained and Chopped
1 1/2 Cups Mayonaise
2- 7 oz. Cans Diced Ortega Green Chiles, Drained
4 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
1 1/2 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pimento and reserve 2 tsp. aside. Mix pimento, artichokes, mayonaise, chilies, jack cheese, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
Place in baking dish and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese and reserved pimento.
Bake uncovered @ 325 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
