1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Flour
4 Eggs (whisked in own bowl)

2 Boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 1/23/4 Cups Milk
6 oz. Cool Whip

Chocolate Frosting
1 Oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
1 tsp. butter
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tbs. Hot Water

Heat butter and water to a boil and remove from heat.
Stir in flour until it forms a ball
Beat in eggs until smooth.
Drop by Large Tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets
Bake for 1530 minutes ( til golden)
When cool, carefully pull apart and dig out any excess dough.

Mix pudding and milk. Fold in cool Whip.
Use pastry bag to fill cooled pastry.

Melt Chocolate and Butter. Stir in Water and Powdered
Sugar until smooth; spoon over tops of pastries.
