1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage,
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar,
2 c. biscuit mix,
2 Tbs. grated onion,
1 Tbs. poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Roll into walnut sized balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot. Can be pre-baked and frozen to be reheated before serving.
