1 (15 oz) can black beans
2 T lime juice
1 T extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t ground cumin
1/4 t hot sauce
1/8 t salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
2 T chopped cilantro or parsley.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cilantro or parsley in food processor; process until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl; stir in cilantro or parsley. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
