1 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, chpd.
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 can green beans (fat ones), drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Mashed potatoes ( enough to have an inch or more over meat mixture)
shredded cheddar cheese, as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion, drain. Add salt, garlic, drained green beans and soup. Simmer 10 min. and pour into casserole dish. Cover with mashed potatoes, then as much cheese as desired. Bake for 30 min. in a 350 degree oven
