1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts,
1/2 c. Mayonnaise,
1/4 c. grated Parmesan,
1 clove garlic, minced,
Assorted vegetable dippers

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichokes , pressing to remove all excess liquid. Cut into small pieces. Mash in small bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except vegetable dippers. Bake at 325 about 30 minutes. Can be served with raw vegetables or to spread on crackers.
