1 pkg. ( 15 oz) cornbread mix or 1 pkg. cornbread dressing mix,
1 lb. pork sausage,
3 c. chopped apples,
1 c. apple juice,
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cornbread, cool and crumble. Fry sausage at low heat, breaking into small pieces. Mix sausage and crumbs. Add apples, juice and salt. Stuff turkey and bake as directed by turkey size. Can be baked in a casserole dish seperate from turkey.
