2 medium potatoes/person
whipped cream
salt and pepper to taste
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in water until soft. Mash and add salt and pepper and a little milk. Place in greased casserole and cover with whipped cream about 1/2 inch thick. Top with grated cheese and bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake and serve.
