1- 1 1/2lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chpd.
1 green pepper, chpd.
1 lg. can diced tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 box elbow macaroni
chili powder to taste
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste
sugar to taste
cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain. Saute green pepper and onion with hamburger till tender. Add undrained tomatoes and tomato sauce, add spices to taste.
To thin liquid you may use V-8 juice for flavor. Simmer for 10-15 min. Cook and drain elbow macaroni. Add to sauce, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top before serving.
