Crust:
1 c. flour
4 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
4 T. melted butter

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 cups milk
Dash of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix flour, sugar salt and baking powder. Add egg and melted butter. Mix well. Line an 8" baking dish.

Filling: Cream together sugar, cream cheese and flour. Add beaten eggs, milk and vanilla. Use electric mixer on a low speed. Add lemon juice last. Bake at 350.
