1 pound smoked salmon
1 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. horseradish
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1- Combine all ingredients except the chopped nuts and chopped parsley in a large bowl and chill.
2- Form a ball of cheese mixture and roll in the chopped nuts and parsley. Pecans or almonds can be used for nuts.
