3 chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 medium onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup sliced mushroom
orange slices
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon flour
2 teaspoon chopped parsley

1- Place chicken breasts skin side up on a broiler rack and broil 10 minutes or until brown. Do not turn. Place browned chicken in a shallow baking pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and top with the onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
2- Pour orange sauce over chicken and bake at 375 F for 45 minutes or until tender. Baste several times during cooking. Serve with paprika and orange slices.
3- To prepare orange sauce, combine all sauce ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened.
