1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 large package Raspberry jello
1 8oz. can crushed Pineapple
2 10 ounce packages frozen raspberries
1 8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup boiling water. Let stand 1 minute to soften gelatin. Stir in raspberry jello and 2 cups boiling water until completely dissolved.
Add Pineapple and raspberries, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up raspberries.
Refrigerate 20-30 minutes until gelatin mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.
Spoon 1/2 of the gelatin mixture into 8 cup gelatin mold.
Gently spread sour cream over gelatin mixture 1/2 inch from inside of mold. Sprinkle with diced pecans.(if using) and spoon remaining gelatin mixture over sour cream.
chill for several hours in then invert on a serving plate.
