"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
1 18.5 oz. pkg devil's food cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Kahlua liqueur
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
powdered sugar for sprinkling.

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, Kahlua and oil. Mix with electric mixer at low speed to combine, then increase speed and beat for 3-5 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350 for about 55-60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 30 minutes. Loosen from pan and invert onto a plate, removing pan. Cool completely on rack. Sift powdered sugar over top of cooled cake. Serve with natural vanilla ice cream, and -- if you want to be really fancy -- garnish each serving with a couple of raspberries and a sprig of mint.

I can't really take credit for this one -- I got it from Grammy, who got it from Grace Maneval -- but I've made it lots of times to rave reviews. So thanks to Grace and Grammy for passing it along.
