1 lb. stew meat,
1 green pepper,
1 red pepper,
1 onion,
1 can mushrooms, drained.
2 fresh tomatoes cut in quarters,
1 cup Western or French dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat. Cut peppers and onions in chunks, add mushrooms and dressing and cook until desired tenderness. If it's too juicy you can cook it longer or use less dressing. Add fresh tomatoes in the last few minutes so they soften but stay firm.
