2 Apples
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1 unbaked pie sheet

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice/dice apples. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Cut the pie sheet into quarters. (a pizza cutter works great for this). Place a small portion of apple in the center of each quarter and fold edges together. This is tricky as you only have 3 edges...Good luck.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. As long as you're at it, you might just as well add a few more calories and squeeze on some caramel ice cream topping. Yum Yum!
