11/2 c. veg oil
4 eggs
1 tsp soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups diced apples
1cup of raisins
2 cups sugar
1 tsp of salt
3 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts

1/2 cups of buttermilk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick of butter
1 tsp of soda

Preheat 325
Blend oil and sugar. Add one egg at a time blending between.
Add salt, soda, vanilla, cinnamon, and flour (save enough flour to coat apples, nuts, and raisins).
Fold apples, nuts, raisins into mixture.

Mix topping ingredients into saucepan and boil for 2 min. Pour over cake and cool before removing cake.
