Dressing:

1 c oil
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c red wine vinegar
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t salt
1/2 t paprika
1/4 t white pepper
1/4 t cayenne pepper

Salad:

8 c baby spinach
1 c dried cranberries
4 oz feta, crumbled
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c toasted slivered almonds.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Combine salad ingredients in salad bowl. Toss salad with desired amount of dressing just before serving.
