5-6 new potatoes, each cut into 6 wedges
3 T olive oil
1 t coarse sea salt
1 t freshly ground black pepper
5-6 large garlic cloves, minced
1 T chopped fresh rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper to coat. Transfer to baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, stirring once about halfway through. Add garlic and rosemary to potatoes, toss again and roast until potatoes are just tender, about another 10 minutes.

An easy and tasty side dish -- best if you can get freshly-dug potatoes from the garden in Hoxie, but other varieties will work fine, too.
