1 medium head cauliflower
1 head lettuce
1 1/2 bacon
1 medium onion

Dressing~
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon till its crisp & crumble. Cut cauliflower in small flowerettes. Chop lettuce in bite size pieces, and thinly slice onions. Mix together all ingredients for dressing. Toss salad & dressing together & serve.
