6 sm. boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 t. vegetable oil
1/2 c. Catalina dressing
1/2 c. apricot jam
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken and cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove chicken from skillet; place in 3-quart baking dish. Mix dressing, jam and soup mix in small bowl. Pour over chicken. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with white rice.
Yield: 6 servings.
