1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 TB sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 C. salad oil
3 TB rice vinegar

2 lg. heads iceberg lettuce
4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 bunch celery, chpd.
2 bunches green onions, chpd.
1 1/2 C. toasted sliced almonds
1/4 C. sesame seeds

Shred lettuce and chicken. Add chopped celery, green onions, sesame seeds, and toasted sliced almonds. Pour dressing over and toss.
