1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg, well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening with sugar and peanut butter. Add egg. Combine dry ingredients and mix with wet ingredients. Chill. Form 1" balls and place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pamę. Press cookie balls with a fork in two directions. Bake at 375║.
