2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
1-1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup quick oatmeal

Directions:

Mix all together well. Form into rolls (1-1/2 to 2"). Refrigerate till cold. Slice and bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 for 12 - 15 minutes.
