3/4 cup mashed potatos
1lb. Icing sugar
4 cups coconut
1tbsp.almond extract
chocolate
2tsp. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Refridgerate for 1 hr.
Roll into balls
Melt chocolate and shortening
Dip balls into chocolate mixture,then place on wax paper covered cookie sheet. Refridgerate until set.
