2/3 c. flour
3 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 t. vanilla
2 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl, add sugar and vanilla to beaten eggs. Beat well. Add dry ingredients, apples and nuts. Mix well and bake in well-greased 8x12 pan 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
