2 lbs. carrots
1 lb. potatoes
1 lg. onion
3 eggs, beaten
4-5 T. flour
1/3 c. milk
1/4 - 1/3 c. grated Gruyere cheese
salt, pepper, nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Cook and puree carrots, potatoes and onion. Add eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour into loaf pan; bake 40-50 minutes.
