1/2 c. lite soy sauce
1 1/2 in. piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced or chopped
1/4 c. chopped scallions
3 lbs. skinless, boneless salmon filet, 1-in. thick
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in bowl. Pour over salmon in baking dish. Add pepper. Refrigerate at least one hour. Preheat oven to 450. Bake 5 minutes; reduce heat to 225 and bake 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness of salmon). Serve with sauce if desired.
