17 1/4 oz. pkg. frozen puff pastry, at room temperature
2 T. honey
2 T. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano
6 oz. thinly sliced fully cooked ham
1 egg
2 t. water

Directions:
Directions:
Shape/freeze days or weeks ahead; bake to serve. Line baking sheet with parchment or plain brown paper. Combine mustard and honey. Unfold 1 sheet pastry; spread with 1/2 honey mustard mixture, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 ham. Start at long edge, roll pastry to center, then from other long edge, roll other half to center. Repeat with 2nd pastry sheet. Chill or freeze. Cut 1/2-inch slices; place on parchment. Combine egg and water; brush on pastries. Bake at 400 for 15-18 minutes.
