1 c. ketchup 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 t. chili powder 1 t. salt 2 dashes tabasco sauce 1 1/2 c. water 2 lbs. pork spareribs, cut into pieces salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 450º. Mix together all sauce ingredients. Trim fat from ribs, place in 13x11 pan and bake 1/2 hour. Pour off grease. Pour sauce over ribs after ribs are browned. Set oven to 350º and bake 1 1/2 hours or until pork is tender, basting ribs every 15 minutes with sauce.
