2 c. flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
2 c. grated zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 2 loaf pans. Sift flour with dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and chocolate to flour mixture and mix well. Fold in nuts and zucchini. Bake 45-55 minutes. Leave in pans to cool before removing.
