4 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. soft bread, cut in pieces
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 c. hot water
8 oz. pkg. cornbread stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first four ingredients and spread onto bottom of 9x13 pan. Melt butter in saucepan; add hot water and cornbread stuffing and mix. Layer stuffing mixture on top of chicken in pan. Cover with foil and bake 30-40 minutes.
