Ingredients:  
1 head cauliflower
1 clove garlic
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. Romano cheese
1 egg
3 T. milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Steam cauliflower and chop into small pieces. Crush/chop garlic. Mix all other ingredients together to make a batter. Add cauliflower and garlic (if batter is too thick, add more milk). Drop by large spoonfuls into hot oil in frying pan set on medium/high heat. Brown, then drain onto paper towel.
