2 lbs of Sausage- (1 lb. of Zesty (spicy) and 1 lb. of sage) 1 lb. of Shredded/Style Frozen Potatoes, 8 oz. of shredded mild cheddar cheese, 8 oz. of French Onion Dip, 1 cup of Sour Cream, 1 can of cream of celery soup 1 small diced onion 1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
Brown sausage, drain and set aside Mix all the remaining ingredients together until blended well Place in ungreased casserole/baking dish( 9 x 13)-by layering-(1st layer is sausage & then topped with the potato mixture) Cover & Bake
350 degrees for 45-60 mins or until top is golden brown
