1 3lb. rump roast
2 pkgs Good Seasonings Italian dressing mix (dry)
1 pkg. aujus mix (dry)
hoagie buns
sautéed green peppers and onions
sliced mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg. crock pot, sprinkle 1 pkg. of the dry Good Seasonings mix. Place roast over mix then sprinkle remaining Good Seasonings mix over roast. Mix the aujus mix as directed on pkg. with water. Pour over roast and cook on low for 10 hours or until fork tender. Serve on hoagie rolls with sautéed onion and peppers and then top with sliced mozzarella chesse and broil just for a few seconds until cheese is melted. Dip sandwich in remaining aujus from crockpot.
