4-6 pork chops, salt and peppered
2/3 C. green pepper, chpd.
2/3 onion, chpd.
2- cans cream chicken soup
2/3 C. uncooked regular rice (not minute rice)
1/2 C. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown chops in skillet. Remove to shallow baking dish. Brown pepper and onion same skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Add to chops in baking dish. Mix soup, rice and hot water together. Pour over chops and peppers and onions. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
