3 large eggs
1-1.2 c. lowfat milk
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed 30 seconds. Pour evenly into greased 12-cup muffin tin. Bake in preheated 450 F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 F and continue to bake 20 minutes longer until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan. Serve immediately.
