8 med. baking potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
green onions, chpd, as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Bake, peel and mash potatoes and add in rest of ingredients except for shredded cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions.
Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Then top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 5 more min. or until cheese is melted.
Then garnish with crumbled bacon and green onions.
