1 1/4 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 C. butter, softened
1/4 C. sugar
3/4 C. brown sugar
1 pkg (3 oz. serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
3 1/2 C. quick-cooking oats
1 C. raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, the sugars and pudding mix in lg. mixing bowl. Beat till smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Beat till light and fluffy.Gradually add flour and baking soda; then stir in oats and raisins. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop be rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 min.or until light brown.
