4 med. potatoes
2 lbs. stew meat
1 med. onion
6 carrots
3 stalks celery
1 TB. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 TB. tapioca
pepper to taste
2 C. water
1 C. V-8 juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and put in crock pot on low for 8 hours or a dutch oven at 250 degrees for 3- 4 hours or until meat is tender.
Add 1 pkg. frozen peas 1 hour before done.
