1 14oz. pkg. of caramels
1/3 C. evaporated milk.
1 6oz. chocolate chips
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 C. chpd pecans
1/3 C. evaporated milk
3/4 C. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together caramels and evaporated milk, set aside. Mix together cake mix, pecans, evaporated milk and butter. Place half of cake mix batter in 9x13 pan and bake for 6 min. at 350 degrees.
Sprinkle 6 oz. chocolate chips over cake and spread the caramel mixture over it. Top with remaining cake mix batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 min.
