1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 C. fine bread crumbs
1 small onion chpd.
1 TB. minced parsley
1/2 C. milk
2 TB. butter
1 12oz. chili sauce
1 small jar grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, egg, seasonings, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and milk. shape into meatballs and brown in butter. Simmer chili sauce and jelly until jelly is melted. Simmer in crockpot for 1 hour.
