Brownies:
1 stick Butter
1 C Sugar
4 Eggs
1 lg can Hershey Syrup
1 C Flour
1/2 C Nuts

Filling:
2/3 C Sugar
6 T Milk
6 T Butter
1 bag Chocolate Chips

Frosting:
2 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 C Butter
2 T Milk
1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
little Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Brownies: Cream 1 stick butter and 1 cup sugar. Add beaten eggs and mix. Add Hershey syrup. Add flour and mix. Add nuts and mix all about 3-5 minutes. Pour into 9 X 13 greased pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350. Filling: Mix all together and spread over baked brownies. Frosting: Melt sugar, milk, butter and chocolate chips until all is melted. Spread over mint layer and let cool.

You can use both layers of frosting, and choose only the mint, or only the chocolate. Its up to you.
