4-6 NY Strip Steaks
1/4 c. olive oil
2 - 3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp rosemary
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Whiskey -- JACK DANIELS

Directions:
Directions:
Place NY strip steaks in single layer in shallow pan. Sprinkle both sides with olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add enough Whiskey to cover the steaks halfway. Marinate several hour or overnight in refrigerator, turning steaks halfway through.

When ready to cook, removed steaks from pan and shake off excess liquid. Place 2 inches from heat and broil or grill over hot coals until done as desired.
