2 C scalded mile
1/2 C melted butter
2/3 C sugar
3 t potato flakes or granules
6 eggs beaten
3 C flour, then 6 more C flour added AFTER first raising
2 large TB yeast dissolved in 1 c warm water with 1 tsp sugar

Frosting:
1/2 C butter
4 T evaporated milk
1tsp vanilla
powdered sugar to consistency desired

Directions:

mix until sponge and let raise about 1 hour or to the top of mixing bowl
then add 4 tsp salt, the rest of the flour or enough to make soft dough. dough will be sticky to handle. put in greased pan and cover and let raise until double in a warm place

roll 1/2 dough in a rectangle and spread with melted 1/3 C butter and 1 C brown sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon. Roll up like a jelly roll and slice. let raise until double again then bake 400 8-10 minutes or until lite brown. Frost with butter frosting below if desired while still hot:
