1 lb hamburger browned with 1 sml chopped onion
1 T Chili Powder mixed in with the tom. sauce
1 can red kidney beans (drained)
1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
chopped black olives
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
corn tortillas, 8 the soft kind, don't heat or cook

Directions:
Directions:
in 8" square casserole dish, layer starting with corn tortillas. end with shredded cheese, pour the tom sauce over the top with 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook until bubbly, about 45 minutes at 375

serve over shredded lettuce with guacamole and a glob of sour cream and chopped tomatoes
