Ingredients:  
1 med onion cooked until transparent in 2 TB butter or olive oil
1 can shrimp soup
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp curry powder
2 cups medium cooked shrimp with tail removed
white rice, enough for 4 servings

Directions:
Directions:
after onion has cooked, stir in the next 4 ingredients, heat until bubbly, and serve over rice.
sprinkle with paprika for color
